ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. We are a brick & mortar retail storefront. Our retail store is CLOSED ON TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY. Expect an email within 2-4 maximum days to let you know your order is on the way! If you have not received an email, please feel free to contact us at 423-548-5104 or by email at info@mountainattitudedesigns. We are a husband and wife team and we do our very best to get orders out timely but there are time we do fall behind. We strive to do our very best and our customers mean everything to us!

Orders can be picked up Thursday through Monday, from 10a.m. to 5:00 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
